At Oppenmart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with a product, we offer a simple and fair return process.


✅ 1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • It's damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery


🚫 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products not caused by our delivery

  • Perishable goods like food or flowers

  • Digital products, once downloaded or activated

  • Undergarments, for hygiene reasons

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


📦 3. Return Conditions

To complete your return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • All tags, manuals, accessories must be intact


🛍️ 4. Return Process

  1. Log in to your Oppenmart account

  2. Go to My Orders → Select the Order → Tap "Request Return"

  3. Upload clear photos showing the item condition

  4. Choose return method: pickup or drop-off

  5. Wait for our approval (within 1–2 business days)


💸 5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Oppenmart will cover return shipping costs.

  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind), the customer covers the return shipping.


🔁 6. Exchange Option

You may request an exchange instead of a refund (e.g. size, color, replacement), subject to availability.
