At Oppenmart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with a product, we offer a simple and fair return process.
You can return a product if:
It's damaged, defective, or not as described
You received the wrong item
The item is unused and in its original packaging
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
Used, washed, or damaged products not caused by our delivery
Perishable goods like food or flowers
Digital products, once downloaded or activated
Undergarments, for hygiene reasons
Items marked as โFinal Saleโ
To complete your return:
The item must be in its original packaging
You must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
All tags, manuals, accessories must be intact
Log in to your Oppenmart account
Go to My Orders โ Select the Order โ Tap "Request Return"
Upload clear photos showing the item condition
Choose return method: pickup or drop-off
Wait for our approval (within 1โ2 business days)
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Oppenmart will cover return shipping costs.
If returning for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind), the customer covers the return shipping.
You may request an exchange instead of a refund (e.g. size, color, replacement), subject to availability.
