Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.


Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  •  Final sale items
  • Personalized or customized items
  •  Items that are damaged or worn


Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the full amount of the item, minus any shipping costs.
