Refund policy

At Oppenmart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair refund process.


📦 1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • The order was canceled before shipping

  • The product is not working properly or is incomplete


🚫 2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital products or software once downloaded

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable


🕒 3. Refund Request Period

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.


📤 4. How to Request a Refund

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Oppenmart account

  2. Go to My Orders → Click on the order → Tap "Request Refund"

  3. Provide photos or video proof of the issue

  4. Wait for confirmation via email or in-app

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.


💳 5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Mobile Money, Card, etc.) within 5–10 business days

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery, we’ll offer a store credit or mobile transfer


🔁 6. Returns (if required)

Some refunds may require you to return the product. If so:

  • You’ll be provided with a return pickup or drop-off option

  • The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging
