At Oppenmart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair refund process.
You may request a refund if:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
You received the wrong item
The order was canceled before shipping
The product is not working properly or is incomplete
We do not offer refunds for:
Digital products or software once downloaded
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition
Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.
Please follow these steps:
Log in to your Oppenmart account
Go to My Orders → Click on the order → Tap "Request Refund"
Provide photos or video proof of the issue
Wait for confirmation via email or in-app
Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Mobile Money, Card, etc.) within 5–10 business days
If you paid Cash on Delivery, we’ll offer a store credit or mobile transfer
Some refunds may require you to return the product. If so:
You’ll be provided with a return pickup or drop-off option
The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging
