At Oppenmart, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we allow order cancellations under certain conditions.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped or prepared for delivery. Cancellation is allowed if:
The order is still pending or processing
The item has not been packed, dispatched, or delivered
It is within 1 hour of placing the order (recommended)
Your order cannot be canceled if:
It has already been shipped or out for delivery
It's a non-cancelable item (e.g. perishable, digital, final sale)
It was a custom-made or pre-ordered item
In such cases, you may request a return instead (see Return Policy).
To cancel an order:
Go to My Orders in your Oppenmart account
Click the order you want to cancel
Tap “Cancel Order” and choose a reason
You'll receive a cancellation confirmation by SMS/email
If you paid in advance:
A full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds go to your original payment method (Mobile Money, Card, etc.)
If you chose Cash on Delivery, no refund is required.
